Sincerely, it was a such great stay for two nights following a 14 day business trip. The rooms were well-appointed and neat for 2 large suitcases. The location was fantastic also close to all the major trains and the staff here was pleasant.

The location was particularly good and magnificent for walking around Gu San Sebastian. It was located in a fairly quiet area right by Molly Malone's pub which was open till 3am, the old town where all the pintxo action was and La Concha beach area.

This is a hotel go-to for San Sebastian! The room is spotless and delightful, it comes with windows to the outside, adequate bathroom and a nice balcony. The staff are superbly friendly and consistently courteous, managed the parking across the road.

Overall it was a really lovely stay for two nights following a 14 day business trip. All the staff were helpful. The food was astonishing with a lot of choice! The location was magnificent in Center of Donostia, minute walk from a train station. We had early meal in Terraza Burger la Perla, based nearby.
The bathroom was mouldy.

All in all the stay was great, we would stay here again. The English breakfast was marvellous : eggs, meats, breads, hot waffles and cheese. The staff was funny and check in was friendly. Location close to a rocky beach. The perfect service was provided in this very fancy hotel.
